Lidia Aguilera

Lídia is the Director of Innovation at CaixaResearch Institute, a biomedical research centre specialising in immunology. Previously, she served as Head of Innovation and Industrial Partnerships at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and as a member of the Pakkto Team at the University of Luxembourg, focusing on partnership and business development. Earlier in her career, Lídia supported the research community at the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (LCSB) by fostering innovation and partnerships. She also led knowledge transfer and business development at a technology transfer consulting firm, negotiating projects with multinational companies, SMEs, and public agencies while managing a skilled team.
