We are pleased to announce the relaunch of the AgriFood SIG and are thrilled that Andrew Carlin from EIT Food has volunteered to co-lead this initiative. With deep expertise and a forward-thinking approach, Andrew is a strong advocate for collaborative knowledge exchange. He shares his enthusiasm for the initiative:
“As we continue to see the global struggles for sustainability in food, barriers to better health from our diets, and threats to resilience and security across the agri-food landscape, collaboration in agri-food knowledge exchange has never been more important for our futures. The Agri-food sector gives us many opportunities for joint and open innovation, spinning out and spinning in technologies with new areas opening up where real impact can be made through KE. Join us to be part of a growing creative professional group exploring the opportunities and impact for KE in agri-food.”
To build a strong and impactful SIG, we are looking for additional co-leaders to help guide and develop this initiative. If you are engaged in agri-food innovation and knowledge exchange and want to contribute to shaping the sector’s future, we invite you to get involved.
If you’re interested in a coordinating role or simply joining as a member, please contact Arlyta for more information at arlyta.wibowo-kruzinga@astp4kt.eu.
