The European Commission’s Directorate for Research & Innovation is organising an awareness raising campaign on knowledge valorisation, with the aim to introduce this policy and demonstrate how to better translate research and innovation results into benefits for the economy and society.
The awareness raising campaign is envisaged for a period of 18 months starting in spring 2023.
This campaign aims to raise awareness around the recently adopted Council Recommendation on the guiding principles for knowledge valorisation and demonstrate how they can be implemented through the Code of practice on the management of intellectual assets for knowledge valorisation in the new ERA for Research and Innovation and the Code of practice on standardisation for researchers to be adopted in February 2023.
These guiding principles and the codes of practice support one of the strategic objectives of the Commission’s new European Research Area (ERA) for Research and Innovation for the uptake of research results to foster economic and societal prosperity and innovation.
Respond to the call of expression of interest by 22 January 2023 to bring your ideas and join the preparation and roll out of the awareness raising campaign and connect across borders to achieve maximum outreach.
